Strict Mode Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates strictly within UK GDPR frameworks. We collect only essential corporate data required to execute technical audits and fulfill infrastructure contracts. This includes corporate email addresses, names, company revenue brackets, and technical stack details provided via our intake systems.
2. Data Processing & Storage
Data is routed through secured, enterprise-grade infrastructure (Google Workspace). We do not sell, trade, or distribute client data to third parties. Data is retained solely for the duration of the commercial relationship and subsequent legal / tax compliance periods required by HMRC.
3. Tracking & Telemetry
Our public web infrastructure does not utilise invasive third-party tracking pixels. We monitor basic, anonymised server-level telemetry strictly for security monitoring and performance optimisation.
4. Your Rights
